  • Will your courses be enough to get my skin clear?
    Acne is a multi-faceted condition and requires a multi-faceted approach. My courses are meant to get you started in the right direction to healing your acne naturally on your own- and sometimes, that IS enough to get clear skin! However, they are not designed to fully walk you through healing from start to finish. Stay tuned for my referrals page where you can be directed to practitioners (many who are trained by me) to work with in a 1:1 capacity. Here are some facts about my programs & courses: My programs are based on protocols I designed which are science-based, meaning that the things I recommend have been proven in scientific research to be helpful and effective for those with acne. Having said that, we know that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t always work and to combat that, I teach you how to listen to your body to help you navigate the nuances of individualization. The foundations of acne healing always start with low hanging fruit like diet & lifestyle (detox, stress, sleep, etc)- my courses are meant to help you master those very important foundational pieces FIRST so that IF and when you need further healing with a practitioner, your body will be READY for it and you will get better results. As I mentioned above, however, sometimes covering the basics in the right way (and consistently) is all you need to make your skin happy :) I successfully helped women heal their skin naturally without medication for over 10 years. I've taken the tried and true pieces of that work and packaged them into digestible, step by step programs to help you do a lot of the work on your own. My goal with this is to increase accessibility to healing practices to all.
  • Do you work with clients 1-on-1?
    I currently have a list of clients I see on an as needed basis, but I am not taking new clients at this time. Please refer to my programs & tools for acne healing on your own or my referral page (coming soon!) of practitioners you can work with 1-on-1.
  • How much time will this take?
    Programs/tools vary in length and time commitment. Some, like the Clear Skin Library and Acne Tracking Journal, are meant to be used continually and consistently. Others, like the 30 Day Glow Up Challenge are meant to be used for a regimented period of 30 days at a time but can be repeated whenever you need it. There are also courses available in the Clear Skin Library you can complete in 1-2 hours. In general though, the practices you learn from these tools and programs should be continued consistently (whether you are actively using the program/tool or not) for best results.
  • Do you take insurance?
    I am in network with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield but am no longer taking new clients. Insurance coverage cannot be used to purchase programs/courses or tools.
