1 package extra firm tofu, drained and dried, cubed

1 cup brown rice, cooked (cystic acne-sufferers can use cauliflower rice if desired)

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup broccoli (*heads only)

½ cup alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts

½ cup bok choy. chopped

2-3 TB coconut aminos

1 TB sesame oil

1 egg

1.5 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)

Salt and pepper to taste



Heat sesame oil in skillet on medium heat. Add tofu to skillet and cook 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.

Add cooked brown rice, carrots, broccoli, bok choy, bean sprouts, egg and mix well. Add coconut aminos and mix well.

In the meantime, use a double boiler to steam green beans. If no double boiler is available, you can boil the green beans in 2 cups of water for approximately 8-10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
